• No cancellations are permitted after order submission
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

In rare cases of shipping damage:

• Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Requires photo/video evidence
• Replacement at our discretion - no refunds

3. Product Information

• Products are sold "as is"
• Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase
• Color variations may occur and do not qualify as defects
